Easy Sausage Rolls for kids

Easy and quick for kids meals during the week  - an added bonus is that they love helping make these with you

Ingredients

8  Frank’s Pork Chipolatas  

2 sheets of puff pastry

1 Egg

1 T of poppy or sesame seeds

Method :

1: Defrost 2 sheets of puff pastry.

2: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees , line tray with baking paper.

3: Cut the pastry into about 5-6 strips

4: Lay the pork chipolata in the centre of pastry strip. Roll up to encase the chipolata and place, seam-side-down, on prepared tray.

5: Lightly brush with beaten egg  ( if desired ).

6: Sprinkle over poppy or sesame seeds

7: Bake for 16–18 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.

 

Serve with  Tomato sauce or a yummy chunky relish
